01How does zero-down financing work?
After we review the matter, approved clients may begin eligible services without an upfront down payment. A written agreement will state the full cost, payment amounts, due dates, scope, and any applicable terms before work begins.
02Does “zero down” mean the investigation is free?
No. Zero down means no initial down payment is required for an approved, eligible matter. The client remains responsible for the agreed service cost through scheduled payments.
03What is included in an infidelity investigation?
The approved plan may include discreet surveillance, lawful public-source research, activity and location documentation, photographs or video when lawfully obtainable, a timeline, and a formal written report. The exact scope depends on the facts, objective, location, and applicable law.
04Is court testimony really included?
Yes—testimony by the assigned investigator concerning findings developed in the engagement is included, subject to lawful process, reasonable scheduling, jurisdiction, and the written service agreement. Legal filing fees, travel outside the agreed area, or unrelated expert services may be separate.
05Can you guarantee what the investigation will find?
No ethical investigator can promise a particular result. We promise a defined plan, lawful methods, clear communication, and accurate reporting of what the investigation develops.
06Will my inquiry stay confidential?
Initial inquiries and active matters are handled discreetly and shared on a need-to-know basis, subject to lawful duties, court orders, and the terms of the engagement.
07Can you work with a public defender or court-appointed attorney?
Yes. We can discuss a proposed investigative need with the client or family, but casework for a represented defendant should be coordinated with and approved by the assigned attorney. Counsel remains responsible for legal strategy and decides how investigative findings may be used.
08Can a defendant’s family hire the investigator?
A family member may contact us and may be able to fund an approved engagement. If the defendant is represented, however, we will seek to coordinate the scope and reporting relationship through defense counsel before conducting casework.
